ANTHONY (TJ) FELICE

President

TJ Felice came to ISOdx Solutions in 2011 from Decision Support in Matthews, North Carolina where he had served as the software company’s chief operating officer since 2007. He also has held executive roles with Exervio Consulting, Whittman-Hart, POV Partners and Accenture in North Carolina and Ohio. He is a founding board member
of the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) Partner Advisory Board and holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis from Miami University, Ohio.

CRAIG WALLACE

COO

Craig Wallace joined the company in 1994 with the specific assignment to form a
Service Division for Cranel. As Vice President of Service, he established and built
Versitec into the industry leader for IT Maintenance in the Enterprise Content
Management (ECM) Market. Prior to coming to Cranel, Craig held positions in
sales and marketing in the Network Service Divisions of CompuServe. Today,
Craig focuses on business growth and is responsible for all operational aspects
of the company. Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from
The Ohio State University.

JAMES WALLACE

Executive Chairman

James Wallace founded Cranel, Inc., the parent company of ISOdx Solutions,
in 1985 and today guides the company's overall strategic direction. Prior to founding
Cranel, Jim was not only the owner of Microtech, an electronic component
manufacturer’s representatives firm, but also established Cascade Data, an
electronic component company, and REP Associates, a business computer firm.
Through Jim’s leadership and his more than 30 years of experience in information
technology and engineering, Cranel has grown into an expansive company with
locations across the U.S. A graduate of North Dakota State University, Jim also
received an MBA from the University of Iowa and attended the Advanced
Management Program at Harvard University.

MICHAEL CUSH

Chief Technology Officer

As a visionary for the technology support industry, Mike has conceptualized and developed breakthrough technology applications that set new standards for speed to problem resolution and raise the bar for the support industry as a whole. Prior to his appointment as ISOdx Solutions CTO, Mike served as vice president of Technical Services for Resource One Computer Systems. He also held positions with Sun Microsystems, Retrobox (now Intechra) and The Ohio State University's Computer and Information Science Department. Mike began leading the development of ISOdx in 2004. Mike is a member of the Technology Innovation Executive Forum (TIEF), a forum that is part of TechColumbus. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, and was recognized in Business First's Columbus 40 under 40 in 2000.

SCOTT SLACK

Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Scott leads ISOdx Solutions in the development
and implementation of marketing strategies and programs, as well as directing vendor relations efforts and partner development initiatives across all divisions. He has held several positions with the company, including Vice President and General Manager of Cranel Imaging and Marketing Director. Prior to joining Cranel, Scott served in senior marketing and sales management positions at Information Dimensions, Inc., Legent Corporation and Sterling Software. Scott holds BSBA degrees in Marketing and Transportation & Logistics from The Ohio State University.

MIKE TRACY

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Tracy is Chief Financial Officer of ISOdx Solutions. He previously held senior financial management positions with The Mike An Group, MBA Marketing Corporation, and Safelite Auto Glass. He also served as an auditor and manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. Michael directs all accounting and finance functions at Cranel. He is a CPA and graduate of Miami University.

LESLIE DUFF

Vice President of Human Resouces

Leslie joined Cranel in November 2011. As vice president of Human Resources, she is responsible for all aspects of organizational and staff development, benefits administration, performance management and compensation, employee relations and company wellness initiatives. Prior to Cranel, Leslie held human resource management positions with the Ross Products Division of Abbott Laboratories, Wendy’s International and BBC&M Engineering. She is a member of the national chapter of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO). Leslie holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Ohio University.
